David Guberud is the lead commissioning agent for Ring & DuChateau LLP and a current board of director’s member of the Central Chapter of the Building Commissioning Association. After graduating from MSOE with a BS degree in Architectural Engineering 1986, David was originally involved in the temperature control industry where he teamed with knowledgeable peers, contractors and engineers to aid in the delivery of automation systems to plethora building owners throughout the state of Wisconsin. Since joining the Ring & DuChateau team 3.5 years ago, David has received accreditation from University of Wisconsin Department of Engineering Professional Development as a Qualified Commissioning Process Provider. David has been successfully involved as the commissioning provider to numerous LEED projects, has provided MEP commissioning services that were influentially in a state university acquiring CDC/USDA certification of operation for ABSL3-E & BSL-3 labs, and has provided general commissioning and trouble shooting services for new construction commissioning and retro-commissioning projects. David emphasizes team-work to achieve the goal of turning over a building that meets the owner’s project requirements.
