Outside Sales Engineer

Tighe-Zeman Equipment LLC is seeking a technical sales engineer, who wants to combine their engineering degree
and experiencewith a career in outside sales. We will train the candidate that has the personality, drive and
technical ability to fulfill our need.

Tighe-Zeman is a premier Manufacturers’ Representative of HVAC and Industrial Process equipment covering Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Our principals include the leading manufacturers of fluid mixers, cooling towers, heat exchangers, pumps, flow meters, filters, tanks and waste treatment systems. These are sold into the paper, chemical, food, power, wastewater, bio pharm and commercial HVAC markets. Our customer base is extensive, spanning across a broad based industry sector. This includes contact with industrial manufacturing plants, universities, hospitals, municipalities, power plants, consulting engineers, contractors and OEM accounts.

Requirements:

Activities:

After training, the sales engineer will respond to inquiries and develop quotations to sell and service our
customers. The job includes calling on customers to present our product lines, solicit new inquiries, and service
their mechanical and process needs. Activities include sizing and quotation of equipment for new applications,
handling requests for parts or service, follow up on proposals, enter and expedite new orders, and prospect for
new customers. This will require training and startup visits along with sales calls which will require some travel
and occasional overnight stays. A valid driver’s license is mandatory.

Position:

This is a full time position, Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM.

Salary and compensation package is negotiable but normally includes a base draw plus commissions and expenses
and includes benefits such as vacation, 401K plan, health insurance and auto allowance.

Project Manager

Requirements:
PE and ability to be licensed in other states
Five or more years of experience
Ability to design HVAC systems with emphasis on hydronics for Healthcare and Commercial
facilities
Ability to write project specifications, including automatic temperature controls
Be able to run and manage projects from start to end

Engineering Concepts, Inc. has been offering HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design and consulting services to industrial, institutional, educational, and commercial buildings since 1977. The position offered is centered more around engineering skills than CAD skills. The knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is a plus, but the successful candidate will have a dedicated design/CAD department at his/her disposal. We are looking to establish a long term relationship with an individual possessing strong leadership/management skills who will be considered for an
equity ownership position in the firm in the near term.

Mechanical Engineer

Requirements:
B.S. in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering
Five or more years of experience
Ability to design HVAC and Plumbing systems for Commercial and Medical Buildings
Familiarity with National Building and NFPA codes
AutoCAD proficiency
